Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel/reschedule please do so within 48 hours of your appointment. Any no-shows or cancellations after the 48 hour window will receive 50% charge for services.
Cancellation/No-show charges will be processed on the card guest’s put on their file. If for some reason the charge does not process, the guest will be unable to book any future appointments until a new payment method is added to their file.
M&M Hair reserves the right to refuse service.
